Delegation of the European Union to Moldova organized on 14 of May 2016 a new edition of the European Town. This year, the event was held in the Public Garden "Stefan cel Mare".

The European Commission adopted on 21 March 2014 new competition rules for the assessment of technology transfer agreements (TTBER and Guidelines), through which a licensor permits a licensee to exploit patents, know-how or software for the production of goods and services. The new rules replace the previous TTBER and Guidelines from 1 May 2014 onwards.
On 27 February 2015 within the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia) in collaboration with Moldovan Technology Transfer Network will organize in Chisinau, Moldova, the Final Conference of the Bilateral Technology Transfer Excellence for Moldova (BITTEM), a project financed by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through Estonian Aid Instrument.

Initiated in June 2014, the project "Innovative Diaspora of the Republic of Moldova" (INDP) is a flagship initiative coordinated by the Moldovan Technology Transfer Network(MTTN) in cooperation with Entranse Moldova.
One year passed since the launching of the Tempus Project “Technological Transfer Network (TecTNet)”, implemented in the Republic of Moldova by a EU-Moldova consortium composed of eleven partners. The project was started on December 1st, 2013 and will be completed in December 2016.

In the period of 27 to 28 of March 2014, the Moldovan Technological Transfer Network (MTTN) organized in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, in the premises of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the 1st TecTNet workshop titled “University/enterprises cooperation – knowledge and innovation transfer”.
