The Innovation Health Check (IHC) tool was developed in-house by Enterprise Ireland's Competitiveness, Lean Business and Benchmarking Department. It has been used extensively by EEN Ireland's Key Account Managers and their interactions with successful Irish SME Instrument applicants.
