The Moldovan Technology Transfer Network (RTTM) announces the launch of the MI-CONNECT project (Moldova Innovation CONNECT: Bridging Research, Business and Digital Transformation), an initiative designed to improve how research results reach the economy faster and to facilitate SMEs’ access to technological solutions.
Between 26 and 28 November 2025, the annual conference of the Enterprise Europe Network is held in Aalborg. The event brings together representatives of organizations from over 50 countries dedicated to innovation, competitiveness and internationalization of SMEs, being the most important annual forum of the EEN network.
The EUBCC matchmaking event aims to offer all the participating Business Support Organisations (BSOs) and Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) the opportunity to network with each other. The Danube Transnational Programme is a financing instrument of the European Territorial Cooperation (ETC), better known as Interreg. ETC is one of the goals of the European Union cohesion policy and provides a framework for the implementation of joint actions and policy exchanges between national, regional and local actors from different Member States.
This year, the events which are marking Europe Day have been extended over several days and locations. On 19 May 2018, the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova organized the 2018 European Village in Ungheni. The event took place in the City Independence Square, starting at 13:00. Thus, Ungheni became the "European Capital" of the Republic of Moldova for one day.
On May 15, 2018, the second edition of the Business Excellence Forum took place in Chisinau, attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, business environment, investors and support organizations in the field of entrepreneurship in the two countries.
