Kick Off Meeting EU4Business Project SUSTAINABLE TOURISM: STUDY VISITS LITHUANIA – MOLDOVA

Recently, on January 10, within the Project SUSTAINABLE TOURISM: STUDY VISITS LITHUANIA – MOLDOVA  ENI/2019/411-865 – EU4BCC - ID 1027 in cooperation with our Partners,LHRA (Lithuanian Association of Hotels and Restaurants) took place the kick off meeting of the Project Action Team.The online meeting was attended by both partners from Lithuania and those from Moldova. Kick off meeting was dedicated to:

  1. Discussion about contractual, legal and administrative conditions;
  2.  Assigning  the positions of Project Officers,  Financial Officer, Event Managers;
  3. Discussing project plan, actions and results to be achieved;
  4. Agreement on procedures and project time table;
  5. Setting the Communication plan;
  6. Distribute tasks, indicators deliverable and internal reporting and communication procedures;
  7. Other issues.

Throughout the project’s kick of meeting , participants discussed also the project goals and expectations of target Graphical user interface.
