The Moldovan Technology Transfer Network (RTTM) announces the launch of the MI-CONNECT project (Moldova Innovation CONNECT: Bridging Research, Business and Digital Transformation), an initiative designed to improve how research results reach the economy faster and to facilitate SMEs’ access to technological solutions.
The project runs for 7 months, starting on December 1, 2025, and combines the development of digital tools with training and networking activities for key actors in the innovation ecosystem, thus contributing to the strengthening of technology transfer in the Republic of Moldova.
• Development and promotion of the RTTM Gateway: upgrading the www.rttm.md platform into a reference digital hub for technology transfer, where organizations can identify needs, offers, collaboration opportunities, and support services.
• TRL tools: development of a practical guide and standardized tools for assessing Technology Readiness Levels, useful for both research teams and companies.
• Capacity building: hybrid-format training sessions and applied support for research valorisation, innovation management, and preparation of technology profiles.
• Facilitating collaboration between Moldovan entities and international networks such as the Enterprise Europe Network.
• Networking and partnerships: fostering collaboration between academia, companies, and support organizations, including through a national networking event.
Innovative SMEs, start-ups, universities and research institutes, project teams, and innovation support organizations.
