On 29th of December 2012 the Moldovan Technology Transfer Network and Organization for Development of Small and Medium Size Enterprises from Moldova signed a collaboration agreement which recognizes the importance of the SME sector for sustainable economic development and social stability and agree to sustain a mutual cooperation in order to achieve the objectives which will include the following:

• facilitating SME access to financial resources;
• facilitating the access to information;
• facilitating skills development and entrepreneurial culture;
• promote public - private dialogue;
• promoting the interests of domestic subjects of SME sector in Moldova and foreign markets, within its competence;
• business support for infrastructure development, etc..
• Support SMEs in the initiation and development phase

To achieve the aim pursued in this Agreement, the Partners commit to provide or to direct each other subjects SME sector, to provide support and professional assistance, namely through:

ODIMM:
facilitating access to databases ODIMM existing or to be created in the future, including databases of external financing funds, to support infrastructure development business, ongoing projects for the SME sector, SME financing sites;
organizing and participating in joint activities to promote SME interests, including seminars, workshops, conferences both in Moldova and beyond;
publication in its promotional material information about the other party, without its consent;
to cooperate as necessary in creating social studies and surveys.
Partner beneficiaries easier access to services ODIMM development partners;
contributing to the development of grant applications and joint participation in calls for proposals.
